ChatGPT is Shocking

You’ve probably heard of it by now: ChatGPT, a new AI powered chatbot has taken the Internet by storm. And it’s good. Scary good.

We asked it to make us a shopping list for a dinner party, write some recipes, and estimate the cost of the ingredients.

It did it.

We asked it to write us a business plan for an Instagram store that sells hats for dogs, and a marketing plan to go along with it.

It did it.

We asked it to modify that business plan with a budget, to format that budget into a table, and then write an SQL script that inserted that information into a database, and even code an app that did that for us.

It. Did. All of it.

ChatGPT is a new chatbot powered by the GPT-3 language model developed by OpenAI. It has the ability to converse with users in a natural and intuitive way, making it a powerful tool for customer service, e-commerce, and other applications where a human-like conversation is desirable.

People are freaking out about is how good it is, and how many people it might lose their jobs.

“I am a junior developer,” said Chris Tavolazzi, a web developer for a Paradise, CA — based software firm.

“This thing is going to put me out of a job,” Tavolazzi said, “Or make me more efficient than ever. I honestly can’t tell.”

One of the key features of ChatGPT is its ability to understand and generate human-like language and remember the context of your conversation. This allows it to hold natural conversations with users, providing them with the information they need and answering their questions in a way that is easy to understand.

You can ask it just about anything (other than its emotions) and it will give you an answer that is at least as reliable as some guy on a forum somewhere.

And it knows a lot. About everything.

In addition to its natural language capabilities, ChatGPT also has access to a vast amount of knowledge about the world. This allows it to provide users with accurate and up-to-date information about a wide range of topics, from sports and entertainment to science and technology.

It is also learning from users over time, allowing it to improve its responses and provide more personalized and relevant information.

GPT-3 is currently available to be integrated with existing systems and processes, and its behavior can be controlled through a simple API. This makes it easy to use and manage, and allows businesses to quickly and easily deploy it in a variety of applications, right now, today.

That’s really cool, and it’s also really scary.

“What does it mean when an AI can write a better story than you, illustrate it with a better drawing than you can make, and make its own ads to sell its own stuff on Instagram,” said Jacob DePaz, a writer based in Chico, CA.

“We’re toast. We’re going to have to rethink our entire way of life.”

While it’s still too early to tell exactly what the greater implications are of this, it’s clear that this is a completely game-changing technology. Perhaps even game-changing enough to usher in a complete paradigm shift.

With its ability to converse with users in a natural and intuitive way, and lean overtime, ChatGPT has the potential to revolutionize and automate every single industry. Its ability to understand and generate human-like language, as well as its vast knowledge base, make it a powerful tool for providing users with accurate and up-to-date information. However, its capabilities also raise concerns about the potential impact on employment and the need for society to adapt to the increasing role of AI in our lives.

Will we all be overtaken by the robots? How much of this very article you’re reading right now was written by AI?

Probably none…but now that Pandora’s Box is open, you can never be sure again.
